Hark Monitoring Services
Hark provides two levels of service for monitoring Hark Systems line of products. The Full Service Plan includes 24/7/365 site monitoring and support. State of the art communications and exemplary customer service give clients peace of mind and confidence that their sites are being properly monitored. Clients can securely log into the Hark Web Portal and view their site records and print reports at any time using a standard web browser.
The Hark Independent Monitoring Server (HIMS) is a centralized server service to provide individual site event reporting to a designated client/recipient. This service provides each client with 24/7/365 site information access via the Internet, keeping them informed and in control of their sites. Event information is delivered in electronic form including text messaging to PCS phones, pager and also email. Records of reports are stored and available for the customer retrieval via the Web Portal and email. All reporting of events or action items such as NOTAM’s, are the responsibility of the customer. Reports can be generated on demand at any time.
Hark Full Monitoring Features:
* 24/7/365 redundant site monitoring.
* Monthly reports of the alarms and event activities.
* Filing of all NOTAM’s with appropriate FAA Flight Service Station.
* Forwarding of all Daily Alarms to the Client for repair or restoration of the light system.
* Closing of all NOTAM’s when the Client informs the Company in writing that the light system is restored/repaired.
* Online access for the Client to research each site being monitored.
Hark HIMS Monitoring Features:
* The Client receives all alarm notifications electronically (email, text message, pager).
* The Hark Web Portal is used to view and interrogate the status of Alarms.
* The Hark Web Portal can be used to keep track of QLI’s, Issues and NOTAM’s.
* The Client is responsible for filing NOTAM’s and closing them when repairs have been made.
* Reports are automatically emailed when NOTAM’s have been opened, extended or closed.
