Hark Achieve ISO 9001:2015

We’ve had some great news at Hark HQ as we gained our ISO 9001 Certificate!

The International Standards Organisation (ISO), as a whole, aims to ensure that products and services are safe as well as reliable by producing standards that can be incorporated into any organisation large or small, complex or simple, in the nature of the products/services offered.

Certification to ISO 9001:2015 demonstrates that a specific set of criteria for the quality management system has been created, maintained and supported by top management.

Several elements of ISO 9001:2015 are already present in the pharmaceutical industry’s quality standards, including domestic and international regulations, best practices and industry expectations.

What does the ISO 9001 allow us to do?
There are many benefits of our gaining the certification, these include:

  • The removal of stumbling blocks when working within the public sector, this includes schools, the NHS and local authorities
  • The broadening of our offering in potential industries within the private sector
  • Helping Hark meet legal and regulatory requirements
  • The improvement of customer satisfaction through trust and reliability
  • An increase of employee motivation, participation and the development of a professional culture through the knowledge of the certification and the understanding of its significance
  • The promotion of continual improvement to the service offering from Hark and improvement to the consistency of our work
  • Achieving International quality recognition which means there are no barriers when working with any client or partner world-wide

The certification also allows us to better describe, understand, and communicate our company processes both internally and with potential partners. It improves our efficiency and reduces waste, which is in line with the Hark company vision.

If you’d like to hear more about what we do here at Hark or discuss whether our platform is right for your business, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
