Closing an Alarm

Once you are satisfied that the condition resulting in the Alarm has been resolved or deactivated, you can choose to close the Alarm by clicking "Close Alarm" in the action bar of the Alarm record.

The system will ask you to add a closing comment, which can be referred back to in the future when others view the Alarm. Be sure to be as detailed as possible when describing the closure.
