History Tab
The Alarms History tab is where you can view all of your Alarms as a list, and apply more specific filters. This table is ordered from most recent Alarms onwards.
There are several filtering options that can be applied to this table.
On the left side of the action bar:
- Filter By Site - By default, this is set to "All Sites", but can be used to select a specific Site.
- Filter By Equipment - By default, this is set to "All Equipment", but can be used to select a specific piece of Equipment.
On the right side of the activity bar, you can filter by:
- Specific Date Range - Allows you to select a date range and time to filter by.
- Type - Allows you to choose an Alarm Type to filter by. This list is driven by your Organization's custom Alarm Types (for more information, please see "Terminology" earlier in the document).
- Status - Allows you to choose whether you want to see all open Alarms, all closed Alarms, or both.
- Severity - Allows you to choose a severity to filter by e.g. "Critical".
Note: your filters only affect your current view and will be cleared if you change tabs/refresh the page.
You can also export this table as a .CSV file by using the "Export" button. The file will generate according to the filters you have applied.
