Energy Equipment Report

Data Selection in the Energy Equipment Report Template​

The Energy Equipment Report Template allows users to apply filters to Sites and Equipment in order to narrow down specific pieces of Equipment to report on for a particular date range.

The data source and entry fields are:

  • Name - The custom Report Name that will appear in the Report Management table.
  • Sites - You can choose to select all Sites, or narrow the list down to specific Site(s) using the custom metadata filters.
  • Equipment - after choosing a specific Equipment type, you can choose to narrow down the list to specific Equipment using the custom tag filters.
  • Date Range - the reporting period.

The Energy Equipment Report Output​

The Energy Equipment Report Output contains the following columns for each row, where each row represents a single site. The columns are below:

  • Site - the Site that the selected Equipment is associated to
  • Space - if the Equipment is in a Space within a Site, it will be shown in this column
  • Name - the name of the Equipment
  • Type - the type of the Equipment, e.g. Electricity Meter
  • Data - these columns will vary depending on the Equipment Type
    • Electricity Meters will show Import and Export (kWh)
    • Gas Meters will show Import (kWh)
    • Heat Meters will show Import (kWh)
    • PV inverters will show Generation (kWh)
    • Metadata - all of the metadata associated to the Site. If the Site does not contain a value for a particular metadata key, the field will be blank.
  • Tags - all of the tags associated to the Equipment. If the Equipment has that tag, the field will say "Y". If the Equipment does not have the tag, the field will be blank

The file name for the report will be in this format:

DD_MM_YYYY-[Report Template Name]-[Report Name].format
