What's the Difference Between an Adhoc Report and a Report Schedule

Reports can be either "adhoc" or "scheduled".

• Adhoc reports are generated once on creation, and are then considered to be "complete"
• Scheduled reports run on a user-defined schedule, and will be generated with a new dataset until they are "deactivated", using pre-selected periods and intervals.

Both adhoc and scheduled reports run from a fixed list of Equipment, which is defined by you at the time of creation. If you add any new Equipment to the Platform, you will need to re-run your report/re-create your schedule to include the new Equipment.
