In September we’ve improved the user experience when using the Management module and the Dashboards in the Hark Platform, as well as fixing some bugs.

Combined & Searchable Dashboards Selection​

We've made the list of Dashboards in the Hark Platform much more intuitive to use, allowing you to search the list of Dashboards to find what you're looking for much, much quicker.

Bug Fixes

  • Whilst we were in the area of Dashboards, we also fixed a bug where, occasionally, your oganisation's default dashboard would not load.

Analytics​

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the tooltips for a Door Contact Sensor in the Hark Platform were not showing the correct timestamp when hovering over a bar in the bar chart.
  • Fixed an issue where you couldn’t request the same time period again when viewing a Sensor or Sensor Group without altering the time period.
  • Fixed an issue where the graphs in the Analytics module didn’t poll for updated Sensor data when viewing a “Latest” time period.
  • Improved the message shown when there are no search results for Locations, Sensor Groups, Sensors or Gateways in the Analytics module.
