This role is for a delivery manager who will work with the Commercial and Technology teams to organise, manage and deliver medium to large scale deployments of Hark’s technology to customers.
The successful applicant will work closely with the leadership team and customers in order see the end-to-end delivery of projects.

Day-to-day you communicate with different customers, suppliers and the Hark team. You will responsible for planning, communicating and reporting on different aspects of Hark’s priorities.
What I Need to Do
- Responsible for day-to-day delivery of the end-to-end project (or multiple projects)
- Works with CEO, CCO and the rest of the leadership team to ensure that the business develop robust requirements, processes, training plans, training materials, communication plans, deployment plans and required procedural changes
- Communicate and provide visibility of the progress of the project(s), demonstrating control over both internal, supplier and partner progress.
- Ensures no customers or third parties are engaged in delivery work without commercial agreements in place using the agreed templates
- Be accountable the assigned work’s content, accuracy and completeness
- Work within an agile technology business using
- Responsible for developing highly effective relationships with customers and other team members at all levels in the organisation to deliver the best customer solutions.
- Where required escalating to the Hark leadership team where necessary.
- Responsible for assuring the quality of the project following agreed quality assurance standards:
- Regularly reviews the progress of the project(s) to ensure effective management of the change of requirements, milestones, risks etc and to improve the efficiency of resources
- Facilitate post implementation reviews and disseminate learning to the wider team for use in future projects
- Recognised as one of the main contacts for a set of customers and suppliers
- Contributes back to the wider knowledge
- Undertake business analysis activities on projects where necessary
- Don’t be afraid to ask for input from the rest of the team

What I Need to Know
- Understanding and knowledge of working in cloud software or hardware solution businesses
- Experience managing technology projects Experience with project management techniques especially project planning.
- Strong proficiency in presentation tools such as Word, PowerPoint Strong proficiency in Excel is desired for reporting purposes
- Ability to identify risks, analyse risk factors and to suggest mitigations
- Understand and willingness to try new and existing business techniques – we are a start-up therefore techniques will evolve as the business grows
- A commercial perspective given the projects managed Financial acumen to manage small budgets and negotiate with suppliers if required
- Makes customer-oriented decisions and shares great stories of exceptional customer service
- Proactively takes responsibility, owns any issues arising and follows through to resolve them (get the required result) and recognises how individual responsibility impacts team delivery and inspires others to do the same
- Work collaboratively with team members, investors, partners and customers to support the wider business agenda Remain focused on the priorities, using resources efficiently and effectively
